DELIVERY

Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use the Royal Mail and we dispatch on days that the shop is open. We will endeavour, to dispatch products within 48 hours on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible. I

f delay in dispatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the product has not been dispatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.

A delivery pre-advice e-mail is sent to you the day the item is dispatched.

Royal Mail 1st Class 
Requires no signature and no instructions can be given to leave the parcel in a safe place. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

Click and Collect
Orders can be picked up from our shop at 30 The Square, Kelso. An email will be sent to you advising when your parcel is ready for collection. Orders placed by 1pm will normally be available for collection the following day but please allow up to 3 days especially over the weekends.
