Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class. Please note that tracking is not provided with this service.

Orders are dispatched between Wednesday and Saturday, on days that the shop is open (please refer to our contact information for current store hours). We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order acceptance and the issue of your Order Reference Number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept liability for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email at the earliest possible opportunity. If a delay in dispatch is expected to exceed 7 days, you may cancel your order (provided it has not already been dispatched) and receive a full refund.

 

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders can be collected from our shop at 30 The Square, Kelso. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed by 1pm will normally be available for collection the following day; however, please allow up to 3 days, particularly over weekends

We are able to hold orders in store for up to 2 weeks without prior arrangement. After this time, uncollected orders will be returned to stock and availability can no longer be guaranteed.

If you are unable to collect your order within the 2-week period, please contact us in advance, and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
